Chicken can often be really bland. There are so many times that I came home from school as a kid and found the same exact thing sitting on the kitchen table. My mom constantly made chicken recipes that consisted of meat, and Italian dressing. That was it! I cringe at the thought of eating this dull dish and I’m certain it makes my taste buds want to cry!

Sometimes, they don’t actually realize they are eating foods that have chicken in them if they are combined with a stew or a soup. Chicken chili and fresh chicken salad are other ways to get protein into your diet in a delicious and healthy way!
In preparation for future meals, think about the versatility of the meat you use. Fry it, roast it, poach it or bake it- the opportunities are endless, and quite tasty if I must say so myself.
